I had a wonderful experience at the hotel during my recent stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff, especially Mr. Ahmed was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and I was impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of my room.The room was spacious, well-appointed, and had all the amenities I needed. The hotel’s location was perfect, being close to the popular attractions. Additionally, the hotel’s facilities, including the pool and gym, were well-maintained and perfect for unwinding after a long day. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable.

The room was excellent - we had an option to upgrade rooms for a very small price which we did. We had a huge deluxe room with a front sitting room and we loved it!

The staff was great, especially Alex from Uganda. Noor, from the front reception, was also really polite, there was another man, who upgraded my room to a balcony room, but his name slipped my mind. The staff at the restaurant was attentive and very welcoming. The decor of the Ramadan iftar was beautiful! The food was delicious. My children enjoyed it. We LOVED the tiny kitchen, and the sauna and steam room were the best. Also, the staff brought me an extra gown, pillows and milk when I requested it. The location is perfect! No traffic, walking distance to a mall and various shops. Close to the beach and 5-7 minutes away from Fujairah Adventure Park.

Great service , clean hotel , amazing helpful stuff , it happened that my car key fell down from the elevator gap from the 12th floor and they acted very professionally, and called the responsible company for the elevator maintenance and they brought the key next morning , and as they found it broken in 4 pieces they managed to fix it and it worked fine , this is a great experience who has let me forget about this nightmare that i lived for couple of hours from the night to the morning, i am so thankful for all the stuff from the reception to the room service , they were so helpful and professional … thank you billions for your great help indeed
